Try asking
“How can CallerPro help my business handle customer calls?”

Nevriq Technologies’ AI assistant, powered by CallerPro. Your own agent uses your business information and booking rules.

CallerPro is an AI front-office platform for small home-service businesses. Starter answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments and notifies you. Pro and Scale add invoicing, payments and Books reporting, with the relevant integrations configured. For electrical contractors that means burning smells and sparking outlets reach a person, while panel upgrades, EV chargers and remodel work get qualified properly instead of becoming a callback list.

The calls you get

Half your calls are hazards. Half are half-day jobs.

Every one of these arrives at the worst possible moment. Here is what CallerPro does with each.

Burning smell or sparking

A hazard, not an appointment. It tells the caller to kill the breaker, and routes them to your on-call number immediately.

Power out in part of the house

It establishes whether the neighbours have power, whether a breaker has tripped, and whether it resets — which usually tells you the job before you leave the shop.

Panel upgrade

It captures the current panel size, the age of the house and what is driving the upgrade, then books an estimate visit rather than quoting.

EV charger install

It asks the vehicle, the panel location relative to the parking spot, and the distance of the run — the three things that decide whether the job is two hours or two days.

Remodel and new circuits

Scope, room count and whether there is a general contractor involved, captured and booked as a walkthrough.

Inspection or code correction

It captures the inspector’s correction notice and the deadline, so the job is scheduled against a date that actually matters.

Qualifying

What it asks before it books anything

Electrical calls split cleanly into "this could start a fire" and "this needs a quote", and the caller usually cannot tell you which. These are the questions that decide it.

  • Is there any smell of burning, smoke, sparking or a warm outlet or panel?
  • Which parts of the property have lost power, and do the neighbours still have it?
  • Has a breaker tripped, and does it reset or trip again straight away?
  • How old is the house, and what size is the existing panel?
  • Is there an inspection correction or a permit deadline involved?
  • Service address, access to the panel, and the best callback number

And what it refuses to guess at

If the caller describes something urgent, or asks something the agent has not been told the answer to, it escalates to your on-call number or takes the details for a human rather than improvising. You decide what counts as an emergency.

Four steps, and none of them involve replacing your software.

Your existing number, your existing phone, your existing calendar.

1

Tell CallerPro about your business

Your services, service area, hours, and how you want calls handled. You can paste in your website and it will read it for you.

2

Decide what happens on a call

What gets booked, what gets escalated to your on-call phone, what gets transferred, and what just gets written down for later.

3

Start taking calls

You get a CallerPro number. Forward your existing line to it, or ring your own phone first and let CallerPro catch what you miss.

4

Adjust as you learn

Read the call summaries and transcripts from the first week and tighten up the questions, the hours and the escalation rules.

Trust

It answers your phone and touches your money. Here's exactly how.

Plainly stated, with nothing implied that we can't show you in the product.

Built so your callers aren’t frustrated

Owners put it bluntly: it’s like having a receptionist that’s terrible at their job and barely understands English. That is not the call your customer gets. It speaks in a natural voice, confirms what it heard, and you can test it on your own trial number before a single customer hears it.

Hear the live demo
  • A natural voice, in your business’s nameNot a phone tree and not “press one for sales.” It talks with the caller about the problem.
  • It confirms what it heardThe address and contact details are read back and corrected until the caller says they’re right.
  • It doesn’t guessAnything it hasn’t been told is taken down for you. Emergencies go to your on-call number, and callers can press nine to reach it.
  • English or SpanishTurn on bilingual mode and it switches to Spanish when the caller does.

Your money goes to you

CallerPro is not in the middle of your payments. Card payments settle into your own Stripe account, and Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal are your handles on your invoice.

Calls are summarised and transcribed

Review available summaries, transcripts and recordings in the dashboard. Recording availability depends on your settings and whether the call was successfully captured.

You set how long recordings are kept

Set a retention window and recordings and transcripts past it are purged automatically. Leave it unset and they stay until you delete them.

Your data is yours to take

Export your calls, contacts, leads, appointments and message threads at any time. A specific caller’s records can be erased on request.

You control human handoff

With a reachable transfer or on-call number configured, callers can ask for a person. If transfer is unavailable, the assistant can take a message. Test your routing before forwarding customer calls.

Texting is set up properly

Business texting uses carrier registration with consent and opt-out handling. Availability depends on verification and carrier delivery.

About CallerPro
FAQ

Questions from owners like you

Will it recognise an actual electrical hazard?

It listens for hazard language — burning, smoke, sparking, a hot panel or outlet — and escalates those callers to your on-call number rather than booking them. It does not attempt to diagnose; it gets a person on the line.

You configure the on-call number and what counts as an escalation.

Will it quote prices for a panel upgrade or an EV charger?

No, and that is deliberate. It captures the scope — panel size, house age, run distance, vehicle — and books an estimate visit. It will not price work that nobody has looked at.

It can answer questions about your services, hours and service area from the business knowledge you give it during setup.

Can it book against my real availability?

Yes. With Google Calendar connected it reads your free/busy before offering a time and writes the confirmed appointment back, so it cannot book you into a job you are already on.

Does it handle the paperwork after the job?

On Pro and Scale, yes. The completed job becomes an invoice with a PDF, delivered by email and text, with automatic follow-up on unpaid invoices.

Revenue, sales tax collected and outstanding A/R stay current and export as a CSV that imports into QuickBooks, Xero or Wave.

Do I keep my own number?

Yes. You get a CallerPro number at signup, and the usual setup rings your own phone first so CallerPro only answers what you miss. Nothing on your van or your listing has to change.
