Why CallerPro exists

Before I moved into AI engineering, I was a field service engineer, and I lost jobs the same way most tradespeople do. A customer would call while I was busy with another client. Some left a voicemail. By the time I called back later that day, or the next morning, they had already given the job to someone else.
Then I saw it from the other side. When I called a plumber or a cleaning service myself and nobody answered, I didn’t wait. I booked whoever picked up first.
I know what a missed call costs a home-service business, and I built CallerPro so fewer of them turn into lost jobs. But answering the phone was only half the headache I remember. The other half came after the work: chasing payments, and digging through bank statements at the end of the year to work out what I’d actually earned, and whether this year beat the last one. CallerPro handles that side too, so the records are already there when you need them.

Who makes CallerPro?

Does CallerPro ever hold my customers’ payments?
No. CallerPro is never the merchant of record. Card payments settle into your own Stripe account, and Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal go straight to your handles. CallerPro records the payment against the job; it never holds the funds.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your calls, contacts, leads, appointments and message threads at any time, and cancel from Settings. You set how long recordings and transcripts are kept, and a specific caller’s records can be erased on request.
