1. Introduction

CallerPro ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered missed-call recovery and customer engagement platform operated by Nevriq Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services, website, and SMS messaging platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Business Account Information: name, email, business name, phone number, and billing details.
• End-User Information: phone numbers of individuals who call businesses using CallerPro, collected when a call is received.
• Message Content: SMS messages exchanged between businesses and their customers.
• Usage Data: call logs, message logs, appointment data, and analytics.
• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, and device information.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

CallerPro sends text messages to end-users (customers of businesses using our platform) under the following conditions:

• Messages are sent only to individuals who have initiated contact by calling a business phone number managed by CallerPro, or who opted in on our opt-in page.
• The first message clearly identifies the business and provides opt-out instructions.
• End-users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers or message content for third-party marketing purposes.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (telephony, payments, hosting) strictly to operate the platform, with the business account you contacted, and where required by law.

5. Google User Data (Sign-in & Google Calendar)

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Google Calendar, CallerPro accesses certain Google user data with your explicit consent:

• Sign-in (Google account): your name, email address, and profile basics — used only to create and authenticate your CallerPro account.
• Google Calendar: we read your calendar's free/busy times so the AI only offers times you are actually free, and we create, update, or delete calendar events for appointments booked through CallerPro. We access only what is needed to provide these features.

Limited Use. CallerPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer or use it for any purpose other than providing or improving the features you enabled — except as needed for security, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.

AI/ML and Limited Use. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CallerPro does not use Google user data — raw, aggregated, or derived — to develop, train, or improve any generalized or foundational AI/ML models. To provide scheduling, CallerPro reads only your calendar's free/busy availability (never event titles, attendees, or contents) and passes derived open time slots to our AI service providers solely to hold the live conversation and offer available times. Those providers act as our service providers under contract and do not use data submitted through their APIs to train their models. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect Google access at any time from your CallerPro settings or by revoking access in your Google account permissions.

6. Data Retention & Security

Business account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days. End-user numbers and message content are retained up to 12 months unless deletion is requested. We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls to protect data.

7. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
